We want to make the ordering and shipping process at Lumenrosa as simple and clear as possible for you. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service is always available to assist you. Below, we show you step by step how your order is processed and shipped with us.

Shipping Costs

At Lumenrosa, we cover the shipping costs for all orders within the DACH countries, the USA, the United Kingdom, as well as to France, Poland, and Australia – with no minimum order value. Your items will be delivered free of charge directly to your desired address.

Processing and Shipping

Have you found your new favorite? We make sure your order arrives quickly and reliably!

This is usually how it works:

- After receiving your order, we need 1–3 working days for processing – often even on the same day. Minor delays may occur on weekends or holidays.

- After processing, your package is shipped. The average delivery time is between 7 and 14 working days.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email. With this, you can check the shipping status online at any time via our shipment tracking page.

Do you need the shipment on the same day? Just call us – our team will be happy to help!

Package received?

Your delivery has arrived? We hope you are delighted! If something does not fit or you want to return an item, you will find all information on our return page.

Received damaged goods?

We are very sorry! In rare cases, transport damage can occur. In such a case, we will send you a replacement free of charge. A refund is usually not provided – if there are further problems, we will of course refund the full purchase price.

How to order from us

The ordering process at Lumenrosa.de is quick and straightforward: Go to the product page, select your desired variant, and click on “Add to cart.”

Check your selection in the cart and click on “Proceed to checkout.” Enter your shipping details there and check them carefully. Then click on “Continue to shipping.”

On the next page, you can review all details once more. There you will also see that shipping is free for you – our small thank you. Then click on “Continue to payment.”

Select your preferred payment method and complete your order by clicking “Complete order.” You will be redirected to the respective payment page – just follow the instructions there.

Package not arrived?

If your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, we will first send you a free replacement. If your package does not arrive within 60 days at the latest, you will receive a full refund.
