Cancel order
Do you want to cancel your order? No problem – as long as your package has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel the order. Please send us an email with your order number to info@lumenrosa.de. If the package has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be made immediately. If the shipment has already been made, you can use the regular return process.
Returns or exchanges – how it works
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange items without giving reasons.
Please note the following conditions before returning:
- The items must not have been worn or washed
- Original tags must be attached intact
- The return should be made in the original packaging if possible
That means: Trying on is allowed – but please do not wear it in everyday life.
If the conditions are met, contact our customer service at info@lumenrosa.de. We will then send you a return label by email.
Refund
As soon as your return has arrived with us (please also send us the tracking number), we will check the condition of the item. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be made within 14 days via the originally chosen payment method.
Received wrong or damaged items?
In rare cases, you may receive a defective or incorrect item.
In this case, please send a brief description of the problem, a photo of the item in question, and your order number to info@lumenrosa.de. As a rule, we will send you a free replacement immediately.
