Canceling an Order
Would you like to cancel your order? No problem – as long as your package has not yet been sent, we can easily cancel the order. Please send us an email with your order number to info@lumenrosa.de. If the package is not yet on its way, the cancellation will be processed immediately. If the shipment has already been made, you can use the regular return process.
Return or Exchange – How It Works
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange items without giving a reason.
Please observe the following conditions before returning:
- The items must not have been worn or washed
- Original labels must be intact
- Return should, if possible, be made in the original packaging
This means: Trying on is allowed – but please do not wear in everyday life.
If the conditions are met, contact our customer service at info@lumenrosa.de. We will then send you a return label by email.
Refund
As soon as your return has arrived with us (please also send us the tracking number), we will check the condition of the item. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be made within 14 days via the originally chosen payment method.
Received wrong or damaged items?
In rare cases, it may happen that you receive a defective or wrong item.
Please send a brief description of the problem, a photo of the item in question, and your order number to info@lumenrosa.de. Usually, we will send you free replacement immediately.
