When will I receive my order?

To offer you fair prices permanently, Lumenrosa ships your items directly from the manufacturer or partner supplier to your address. This can lead to slightly extended delivery times. Usually, we process your order within 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time within Germany, the USA, and the United Kingdom is 4 to 6 business days.

My delivery is delayed – what can I do?

In most cases, your package will be delivered on time. However, if your order has not arrived even after the delivery time has passed plus an additional 3 days, please contact our customer service by email: info@lumenrosa.de

Are there shipping costs for me?

No – at Lumenrosa, shipping within Germany, the USA, and the United Kingdom is generally free of charge.

What payment options are available?

We offer you secure and convenient payment methods. You can choose from the following options:

An item is missing from the package – what does that mean?

For larger orders, it may happen that products are shipped in multiple partial shipments for logistical reasons. In this case, the missing item may be sent in a separate package.

The remaining items usually arrive 1 to 3 business days after the first shipment.

My package was delivered damaged – what should I do?

Even though we carefully pack every order, transport damage can occur in exceptional cases. Please contact us immediately by email at info@lumenrosa.de. Important: Please send us photos of the damaged item along with your message.

Please do not send anything back without prior consultation. Without pictures, we cannot guarantee a solution for you. Our customer service will take care of your concern as quickly as possible.

Wrong item, wrong size, or changed your mind?

That's not a problem! Just contact our customer service at info@lumenrosa.de. Together we will find the right solution. If an exchange is not possible, you only bear the return shipping costs.
